Aren't mosquitoes the biggest threat to India?

Going a little off topic here but i have had many discussions around a hypothesis stating maybe all these diseases are man made, rather i should put it as intentionally created (AIDS, Dengue, Chikungunya, Zika etc) and the all of a sudden spread of them now is a way for the anti-mosquito companies to increase their market presence and share.

Why is it that these diseases come out of places where there is almost no internet or media, why dont we come to know about the exact root cause for them (not the superficial ones like monkey for AIDS)
