Donald Trump will now ridicule the Paris agreement to supposedly help everyone out of the Global warming conspiracy

Even if you are one of the people who for some reason disagrees with the majority of climate change experts into the consequences that CO2 and other greenhouse gas emissions are having on our planet, I don't see why you wouldn't buy into the renewable energy agenda anyhow. There's no arguing that gas emissions cause horrible smoggy air, there is no denying that this smoggy air damages the appearance of buildings and our urban areas. There is no denying that fossil fuels are a non-renewable energy source that will one day run out. So even if you are one of those people who thinks it's all an exaggeration and we don't have reason to worry like many of others do, why not just take the safer option and try and do your part in creating a world that definitely, at the very least, is not going to have long term consequences?

The Western caricature of Chinese internet firms needs a reboot

There are thousands of foreign brands in China all selling at premium prices compared to local ones and there is next to zero Chinese brands in US or Europe. Without this pretext, the conversation on Chinese protectionism and China market access challenges would be grossly distorted. Now someone will hop out and cite the 300 billion US trade deficit with China, but before they do that they should know that 300 billion is the sales value of the goods, a majority of which goes to the foreign brand owners with only a small remaining blance goes to China for labor cost.

With social media roaring about Indians qualifying/participating in Olympics, it is because of lack of will and cash that India wins so few Olympic medals

Rohit pande had posted

Its almost 1/5th of humanity is not participating in the Olympics. Is it the race or sports politics or is it the craze of cricket to blame ?
