Building a Tibetan Internet Army

Exile is the mirror what tomorrow's Tibet, atleast for many Tibetans, would look like. Not a Minor issues !

Arushi Singh Here to become a monk :)

Why is Indian media or international media not covering it widely? is it afraid of China or is issue not TRP worthy?

Halloween is a Corruption of the Shraaddha

This is interesting, I am following a certain kind of meditation. We discussed yesterday how our spiritual evolution help our ancestors in their spiritual evolution. That's why there is a tradition ps 'dhyan' when someone leaves his material body .

This was a nice read.

De-Criminalisation of Section 377: Why is law driven by religion?

Maidanta had posted

How does that even matter? The entire aim behind the debate is to see human freedom separate from religion. What is the point of bringing it up again?

Arushi Singh Here to become a monk :)

Maidanta sorry if it was offensive, wasn't intended to be.

I was curious that the community is against the idea of religion itslef because it denies their basic rights

Question to be asked now is, how did the terorrists enter border to attack baramulla

Pakistan has been trying this from over a decade now. Our intellegence has been nailing them most of the times. Nothing will change. They will be nailed down again.

Probability of any such thing happening is same as in the past. And in last 3 years we haven't seen any terrorist attack on civilians. Hence there is nothing extreme about it.

Would Indian media keep rubbing the humiliation to Pakistan till they get their next TRP moment through Pak revenge

These are jolly good days for TV channels. Sometimes mindless aggression is laughable.

But the crowd is enjoying the tamasha without knowing What can be the consequences.

Also I am aghast to see the hate people have against Pakistan. I was going through some article comments yesterday and it was depressing. People are writing 100-200 words just abusing Pakistan.

I am not sure how this will result to Pakistan's retaliation as they must be in different mindset which would be driven by their media

Is Marriage as beneficial for women as for men?

Landmark research by University College London, the London School of Economics and The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine found that single women do not suffer the same negative health effects as unmarried men.

In fact, middle aged women who had never married had virtually the same chance of developing metabolic syndrome – a combination of diabetes, high blood pressure and obesity - as married women.

I guess that is so true for the typical arranged marriages in Indo-Pak region. Women are happy, working, studying, doing what they want to and living their lives until....one day the guy's family sends in "RISHTA" and all her independence is perished. She will have to ask her husband-to-be for everything she has to do, and not only that she has to be answerable to mother-in-law, father-in-law, sister-in-law etc etc.

Isn't Trump winning the debate?

I dont know if he won. I watched for 30 minutes, and I felt he was so rude and defensive. I cannot stand it anymore. So I stopped watching.

It's goggles that decide what we see in these polarised times. is the claim that we have already avenged uri or that we have set in place a motion that shall avenge

Arushi Singh Here to become a monk :)

What I see through my goggles is that we have set in place a motion that shall avenge.

I am sure no one would say that we have already avenged uri.

I am also sure that no one would say that we have not set in motion. Unless one has its own prejudices.

Isn't ola already dead?

More than 50% ola drivers are cancelling their cabs. Cabbies are saying that this is because they no longer can scam their incentives. Uber has set it's ground.

Ola is still not profitable. Why will someone fund it anymore ?

International Seminar | Damming Crisis in Tibet: Threat to Water Security in Asia

Mr. Tempa said the damming practices increase the risk of earthquakes in the Tibetan plateau. Will the damage not be felt the most by China due to the proximity? Or will it be felt most by downstream countries?
