Patriotism can never be inculcated by forcing orders like compulsory National Anthem on citizens

We have often seen a mysterious rebellious attitude amongst us. If we are told to do something strictly we often do the opposite of that, wont the same happen with this law? Wont it create more and more "liberals" with the thinking such as the above title?

We need to understand that you can not force people t be Nationalists!

As enshrined in form of fundamental duty, Article 51(A) says that “it shall be the duty of every citizen of India — (a) to abide by the Constitution and respect the ideals of the national flag and the national anthem”, which means it is a personal choice and hence cannot be imposed. In SC judgment Bijoe Emmanuel & Others vs State of Kerala & Others SC clearly gave judgment that there is no provision of law which obliges anyone to sing the national anthem hence recent order of court is in violation of its previous order.

It is in consonance with the Articles of the Fundamental duty where constitution provision say, Duty of citizen to respect the national honours. Where citizen seek rights from government , it's duty to abide his duty towards state. Respect or honour is subjected to the internal, it comes direct form heart. It's useless to enforce. so, to respect is national anthem is indeed good thing but it's better if government makes the nation better and citizen take proud of it and voluntarily respect the national anthem.
