If a secret ballot is held in Lok Sabha on the demonetization issue ?

Would some BJP MPs ( maybe the corrupt ones assuming all are not holier than thou ) vote against the demonetization step ?

Just wondering !

It actually depends on how true is the rumour that BJP MPs had a good idea about the demonitisation. If they did everyone will vote for it and viceversa.

But true it would be pretty interesting

Good point. It would have been a windfall then for them.

And to add to that, if one can still use one's good offices to get conversion for people on the other end of the political spectrum and rich friends.

Just wondering.

Its unlikely thats its already not happening.

I went to get my notes exchanged and the branch manager himself was sitting with his "important customers" and got their amount exchanged that was much more than 4000. If its happening at this level wonder what is happening at the top level

Highly unlikely! When Modi has made the entire country his Bhakt, who are BJP MPs to question his decision.

Thats why I said "secret ballot". Its a subtle thought experiment

Absolutely, most would vote against it. No one is a saint in Politics. A few did try and pretend to be innocent and honest but they true did show their true colours.
