Doesn't it make sense to remove leaders who are physically incapable to lead?

I am not trying to be against or pro anyone before this becomes a thread full of politics and hate speech. However if a leader is physically ill maybe his party or law should ensure someone fitter takes his/her place. Damage of physical health also takes a toll on your mental health and you will not be able to function properly, thus it makes no sense for leaders with very less physical strength to lead

Jaya is aged she was not available in TN meetings nor important occasions in past two years due to illness and age.Haven't visited most constituencies after election campaign in past 5 years. So after 5 years it's a big question mark if she could be able to even contest for ELECTIONS.Also the party doesn't have a proper successor. All MLAs look like pity slaves who have no idea what's going on in party. Even DMK doesn't have a proper successor after Kalaigner .Stalin on other hand is always using his father as a trump card while speaking or campaigning. He is popular only in Chennai.People of other parts of Tamil Nadu don't prefer Stalin image like how they had Kalaigner over years.they consider him only as a city Mayor or Minister due to his poor political knowledge in rural regions and agriculture.

I am in chennai and here we are really afraid. Though not totally aware of TN politics, people say lots of buses will be burnt and many crazy people will self immolate and whole city will be closed for 3 days. Its 2016 and i seriously wish the police show their power and ensure all life goes normal for us in case she dies. Some false rumours were spread during past days and literally shops were closed fearing damages. Its time police fires tear gas at protestors and let the people go on with their normal duties.

For the last few days, everyone in Chennai has an “inside” source in Apollo hospital. They are claiming this despite the fact that only three nurses and few top doctors are allowed in the second floor and their mobiles, residence have been under the surveillance by the intelligence wing (Tamil Magazine Vikatan Report). All this roaring rumors started because of one fb post by an infamous French Tamilian (a communist and an activist in France), Tamilachi, who is an ardent Tamil Nationalist separatist, written a post that Jaya’s been killed by RSS.

There is no way we can think about removing Jayalalitha. She has consciously concentrated all powers in her hands and consistently emaciated her second line by forcing them to be in a perpetual state of obligation to her. The period in which Panneer Selvam was CM was pathetic without any decision taken. Jaya also used collective leadership formula in her absence to consciously keep the second line cut to size. So it is not difficult to imagine the chaos that would be created. The second line would find it difficult to sustain power. The party does not have any charismatic leader to keep it intact. DMK might be the gainer in the process
